Eye ointment Dexamethasone 1 mg per 1 gram, Neomycin (as Neomycin sulfate) 3500 unit per 1 gram, Polymyxin B sulfate 6000 unit per 1 gram

Eye drops dexamethasone 1mg/ml, tobramycin 3mg/ml

Intravitreal implant 190micrograms in a disposable applicator

Eye drops fluoromethalone 0.1%

Maximum course duration 2 weeks.
