Tablets and Capsules Dosulepin may continue to be prescribed for existing patients, RAG rating Amber 0 – please refer to the guideline below. Patients should be regularly reviewed with a view to stopping or reducing doses due to the ongoing risk of cardiovascular events and risks associated with overdose. Elderly patients are particularly susceptible to many of these side-effects. |
